Williams-16026 and Williams-10104 appear to represent the same person because: Big discrepancy in the birth year, but the day and month are the same. Probably 1860 is incorrect (her mother was born in 1847). Death dates and locations agree. Both married what appears to be the same man (different surname, but the birth and death information match perfectly). A good match.
