In the 1910 census Oliver (age 21), Laborer, was the single son of Grunwell William in Donaldsonville Ward 4, Ascension, Louisiana, United States.^[1]

Oliver was living in in Assumption Parish, Louisiana, United States in 1917 when he registered for the World War I draft..^[2]
