Philo Howard Wiles was born on 27 Jan 1820 Preston County, Virginia, USA. Philo Howard Wiles married 1st Sarah Mariah Wotring on 28 Apr 1842, they had 2 Children, and 2nd Married Elisabneth Ann Fransler. Philo Wiles, of Stemple Ridge, this county, died at his residence on Tuesday of last week. Mr. Wiles was respected by all who knew him. The family and friends of the deceased have the sympathy of the entire community in which he resided.

Philo Wiles, of Stemple Ridge, this county, died at his residence on Tuesday of last week. Mr. Wiles was respected by all who knew him. The family and friends of the deceased have the sympathy of the entire community in which he resided.
