Son of Charles Wilcher and Lourena Harris.
Herbert Wilcher married Fannie Embry 25 Feb 1939 in Wayne County, Indiana.[1]
Herbert and Fannie Wilcher were living in 1940 in Middletown, Butler, Ohio with Herbert's mother Lourena, age 50 b Georgia and Herbert's sister Anna Vivian Wilcher, age 17 b Georgia. Herbert and Fannie had an infant son, Herbert A. Wilcher.[2]
Herbert Wilcher, age 35, Negro, married, b. Georgia, was a patient at the Longview State Mental Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1950.[3]
