Steve, I agree to merge. I have done this for 30 years and found that Lovina was my 3rd great grandmother from my grandmother, Rebecca Lavina Felix Thurston.

Whitford-912 and Whitford-508 appear to represent the same person because: I was reviewing a potential husband's Arphaxed Crane relative relationship, it didn't materialize.

Find-A-Grave accorded me her name.

Aprhaxed is buried in same cemetery. I decided to link mother to Crain 6759 by creating 912, [I removed myself as the profile manager of 912, after realizing it wouldn't be beneficial to manage].

As a result of first name entry difference, it didn't trigger a duplicate -- unaware of 508 existence.

The first name difference is a matter of discovery.
