My famous ancestors are American War of Independence Captain, William Whitfield 2, Reverend Henry Whitfield vicar Bishop, Puritan, founder of third colony in Connecticut, Robert de Brus/Bruce, married to Princess Isabel of Scotland, daughter of William 1, a chaplain for Countess Ada de Warenne, de Newburge, Countess of Huntingdon, who gave him the Whitfield to become Robert de Whitfield.
