Hi, Caldwell-4136 is a duplicate profile and needs to be merged. I proposed the merge quite awhile back. Could you please complete the merge or add me to the trusted list for Caldwell-4136 so that I can do it? Thanks.
Hello there, Horatio Morgan was born in 1801 and his wife in 1808, so it would not be possible for them to be the parents of Lewis Morgan, who was born well before both of them, in 1784. Please, kindly detach Lewis from these parents or make the necessary corrections. Thank you!

Hi,

I noticed that you are adding a bunch of pre-1700 profiles. The pre-1700 Quiz was updated recently to clarify the type of sources that are expected for early profiles. Please review the Quiz to ensure the sources you plan to add meet those expectations.

Thanks,

Debi ~ Ranger on Duty

P.S. If links do not work in an email from WikiTree, try them from the comment section on your profile page.

Re Bridget Unknown. What proof/ source do you have for parents, birth and death of Bridget.?

Re: your comment on William Eddy [1], your line appears to be the Eddy line that came from Scotland and settled in the area of Woodbridge, New Jersey, USA. You can find more information about this line here: http://www.eddyfamilyassociation.com/johneddyofwoodbridge.htm
Have you got a source for Elizabeth Wynter as mother of James Morgan?

You added Cooke's from Mayflower fame to Henry Cook from Salem, Massachusetts....no evidence of any connection ...removed those parents.

Hi White, I've added you to Samuel Morgan's trusted list. As I followed your line from Buford back to Samuel, I noticed that the profiles are still unsourced. Please consider adding your sources now. It is much easier to add them as you create profiles, than go back and add them later. If you have questions, ask me or in the G2G Forum.

How's everything going?

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Hi, Kelly --

Welcome to WikiTree! The email you just got from us has helpful links that will get you started on WikiTree, which is not like any genealogy site you’ve ever used.

WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!

When you confirm your email address, you’ll have an opportunity to volunteer and tell us about your genealogical interests -- fill in at least one of your Tags with the names, locations or historical events you're researching and click the "Save Tag(s) and Volunteer" button. One of our Greeters will come along and confirm your membership, and you’ll be on your way!

Welcome to the family! We’re really glad you’re here.

Julie
