Hi Barbara,

We haven’t heard back from you concerning the Scottish Clans Transition. If we haven’t received a response from you by 23 March 2020, you will be welcome to rejoin by answering the current g2g thread for joining the Scotland Project.

Hello

My name is Amy. I'm a co-Leader of the Scotland Project. As you may have heard, we have merged the Scottish Clans project into the Scotland Project. I am contacting you today to find out if you are interested in continuing with us under this new format. If you would like to go forward on the Scottish Clans Team, please reply and let me know which clans you have been working on or would like to work on. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely, Amy Gilpin

Hi Barbara. I was looking at your page for Joseph White Jr (abt 1750-1844) and you have listed no sources for how you concluded that Joseph White and Elizabeth Hurt White were his parents. I found your tree on Joseph White on both ancestry and wikitree and I was trying to find what sources were used that enabled you to take his family back to the 1100's? I have been researching Joseph for years and haven't gotten very far, as well as another cousin of mine. Other sources I have seen states that Joseph's father was a George White (evidentily Joseph got some land from him after his death). Do you have a list of sources that I could check out? Thanks!

Please merge Amos Clift (Clift-50) and his brother Unknown Amos (Amos-72). They are the same person. Amos Clift (Clift-50) is the correct name. Thanks.

I noticed that you are the profile manager for McGrew profiles here on WikiTree. I would like to invite you to join the McGrew Name Study! You will find our goals and ways you can help listed on the study page. We would love to have you participate. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact me. Thank you! ;-)

Hi! I've come across two Janet Campbells I suspect are the same person and I see that both have been withheld as Unmerged Matches. You are one of the two Profile Mgrs. Considering the date that appears for the Unmerged Matches is from two years ago, perhaps you could re-examine the situation. They appear as sisters with the same parents and same birth and death dates, although each has a different husband. If you agree (am posting this message to the other Profile Mgr), please merge Campbell-8678 into Campbell-2356, adding the former's husband (Alexander Menzies, Menzies-148) if appropriate. Thanks!

Greetings, Barbara

I am the ggrandson of George Washington Morgan (Morgan-5941). I have his military service history, family portrait with wife Nancy and 7 children, and need to adjust date to match headstones at gravesite, also photo of 2 headstones that I took in June at the cemetery. I have a request pending forTrusted status in order to do so. Also have names of children. Please consider my request for Trusted status.

Scottish Clan Project. Hi Barbara, I'm trying to improve communications by ensuring members of the Scottish Clans Project have full access to its Google Group. The google group is an open group so you can sign yourself in at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/wikitree-scottish-clan-project Any problems with this let me know and I can add you direct. If you do not want to be a member of the google group can you let me know. Thanks Maria

Barbara I completed the Stanley merge but it was pretty complicated up both sides of the family tree.

Hi again! I just confirmed you as a member (once you sign the Honor Code, you’ll be a full member – aka a Wiki Genealogist).

Also, see Sources for help with citing sources, and a page Debby created with some of her favorite websites for documentation and sourcing. Give me a holler if you get stuck on anything, and thank you for joining our collaborative tree. Enjoy!
