Communication Preferences: I am interested in communicating private message with anyone who shares the same ancestors. My family tree is private but I want to collaborate on deep ancestors or historical figures.
I am the middle child of my mother's five boys. I was married and had two children. Both have passed away. Cherryn Norma Lucille Whisler was born on 12 April 1979 in Winona, Minnesota. She loved Jesus and had a heart for missions. She passed away on 3 July 2013 from a pulmonary embolism. Matthew Philip Howland Whisler was born on 12 May 1980 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He passed away on 21 June 2018 from fourth-stage melanoma cancer. He was married and gave my ex-wife and me three grandchildren. They are my life.

I have traveled extensively. Travel is a passion. I have been in the cosmetic industry for 50 years and still enjoy working—no plan on fully retiring. I love reading, gardening, travel, theatre, and cooking in my spare time.

My ancestry tree is shareable. Just messa

Kevin, for your profile on Harry Nye, Nye-2847, would you be in agreement that his first name was Henry?

I’ve not heard back from you regarding the 1776 Project check-in so have gone ahead and removed you from the project for now.

If you’d like to rejoin at any stage you would be most welcome to do so by answering the G2G sign-up post here

Many thanks,

Betty -- 1776 Project Leader

Hi,

I sent you a check-in message several days ago about the 1776 Project to ask you about your past and continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project?

If I don’t hear from you in a week or so, I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things, but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Best wishes,

Betty -- 1776 Project Leader

Greetings from the 1776 Project...

We're doing our semi-annual check-in to ask whether you have made contributions to the project in the last six months?

Please note that it is a requirement for membership in the 1776 Project that you respond to this check-in. Please post your response as a reply to this message on your page, for convenience of record keeping.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

I am checking in on behalf of the 1776 Project to announce the new project membership requirements and to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. All project members are being asked to join one of the project teams and also to make at least one project contribution every 6 months. We are also asking all project members to join the project's Google Group for project communications.

If you are interested in remaining with the Project, please reply to this comment or send me a message, request to join the Google Group, and let us know what team you would like to participate on.

We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.

If we don't hear back from you we will assume that you no longer wish to participate in the project and if so, you could rejoin at any time as is convenient for you.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. This After Adopting Orphans FAQ explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.

If you will be working with any profiles needing GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.

Let me know if you have any questions on how to find and record sources, merge duplicates, clean up GEDCOM biographies, and interpret the Suggestions report. I'm here to help!

Hi Kevin,

I sent you a message a while ago on behalf of the Germany Project and have yet to hear back from you. I hope you are well.

If I don’t hear from you in the next week or so I’ll assume you no longer wish to be in the project and go ahead and remove you. You would, of course, be most welcome to rejoin at any time via the G2G sign-up post.

Best wishes,

Kylie :-)

I have not been on Wikitree. It was for personal reasons and not sure I will be adding any more on the tree. I am still working that out in my own head.

That's fine, you can re-join the project if and when you are ready :-)

Hi Kevin,

On behalf of the Germany Project, I am currently undergoing our member check-in's and wanted to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? We have many new teams so have a look on the Germany project page for the full list. I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!

We use Google groups for project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup, please submit a join request and we will get that approved as quickly as possible. We also ask that you check your follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (GERMANY) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions please ask. I would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project!

Please respond by private message. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Kevin, There’s still plenty of work to do on the Roger’s Family profiles. We would love to have your help. If you have ancestors in another family, we will begin working on other families soon. Note: From the Project FAQ regarding Project badges, ... are for active members of a project. They should be reserved for members who participate and contribute to the project goals.

Send me a private message and let me know where and how you would like to help.

Hi Kevin,

Would you like to be seen on WikiTree as one of the "go-to" people for your Mayflower ancestor, Thomas Rogers? The Mayflower Project would like to involve you in a new effort to update Mayflower profiles and establish Mayflower passenger "Teams", beginning with the Rogers family.

Goal: Every project profile will have an accurate, written biography, with inline citations, using primary sources and reliable secondary sources.

I hope that you will be eager to contribute towards this goal starting with the family of your ancestor, Thomas Rogers. Please send me a private message and let me know your thoughts? Once I know you are interested in helping, I will send you an invitation to join the Mayflower Google group. When you accept the invitation, we will be on our way.

Kevin, Thank you for joining the Mayflower Project. I see your particular interest is John Howland. Please check the posts in g2g for the Howland family. It would be helpful if you coordinate your changes in g2g.

Welcome! Becky Syphers

Welcome to the 1776 Project (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:1776), a subproject of the Military and War Project: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Projects#Military_and_War_Project

There are category links to add to your ancestor's profiles and research links to learn more about your family. The Project is a good way to consolidate the WikiTree ancestors with historic connections to the years of 1773 (Boston Tea Party) to 1789 (ratification of the U.S. Constitution.) All patriot, loyalist, Hessians, French, Native Americans or any other profiles with a connection to these years should be linked to an appropriate category in the Project.

If you haven’t already, please set your preferences for your Tags Followed to include 1776 Project and any other tag terms that you wish to follow: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following

Some categories have a template (SAR) to add at the top of a biography. If not, add a category link by putting the category name such as Template:1776 for those who bore arms in the Revolution and Template:1776 for those who contributed patriotic or civil service. Thank you.

Thank You for all of your Thank Yous! I appreciate that. I was just adding the line of one of my Aunt's Husband's family, for her children. I appreciate your appreciation. I'm not sure, I haven't followed the line that you have continuing back on the Wirth, Werth, Wert family. I would be happy to email you all of the files that I have, if you want them.
