Immigration
Both Isaac and his wife Frances arrived 1639 Massachusetts on the Jonathan according to a deposition given by Frances. Isaac appears in the "Great Migration Directory" on page 277; there is no reason to suppose that Frances immigrated separately.[2]
At Massachusetts Bay
Residents of Charleston, Massachusetts; arrived 1639 according to a Middlesex, Massachusetts deposition, 5 October 1652, by Frances (Watson) (Wheeler) Cook (she is then married to Richard Cook), age 44, thus born about 1612. Frances states she came on the same ship as Thomas Blanchard (i.e. the Jonathan, 1639).[3]
Isaac died after August 1648 (Frances' daughter, Mary, with Richard Cook was born May 1649; see attached 1994 work by R.D., G.B. Wheeler).
His widow Frances married again at Massachusetts three times. Her remarriage is sufficient to show that Isaac did not live until 1712, age 105. That date likely a mis-reading of the death vital record of a different Isaac, born 23 December 1642 at Concord, and died 1 April 1712 at Connecticut. This Isaac is herein Isaac Jr., but he may have been the son of Ephraim Wheeler and Ann "Turney," see Raymond David Wheeler and Gordon Boyce Wheeler (p. 13); Concord Vital Records, and Jacobus Wheeler genealogy. (A RootsWeb source is left for historical purposes but does not actually relate to this family).[5]
Family
Isaac married Frances Watson at Cranfield, Bedfordshire, England, 9 April 1635 (see attached image). Frances' profile was originally created as "Molton" but nothing has been found to date supporting this; she was married as "Watson" and was certainly not born in Charlestown, Massachusetts in 1608. Her baptism record is not yet found.
Children, born at Massachusetts,
Elizabeth Wheeler, born Charlestown, 8 July 1642
Sarah Wheeler, born Malden, 16 March 1643
Isaac Wheeler (perhaps), born Charlestown, about 1646

Uploaded parish register of marriage to Frances Watson. I agree that maiden name of "Molton" is not supported anywhere; that profile has no manager so nobody is paying attention to it.
Regarding the 1712 death date, likely that was an accidental misreading of page 497 of Savage's "Genealogical Dictionary..." Vol 4 where he said "Isaac, who died, I think, in 1712, age 66". He was referring to Isaac Jr, the son of the immigrant.
Baptism image has multiple Wheelers, Isaac in lower right portion. Seems odd that 2 sons of the same John would be baptized 5 months apart but I haven't researched this part of the family much. I have Isaac death before 1648 when his widow Frances (I've got "Watson") remarried to Richard Cooke (and later to Thomas Greene and eventually to Lieut. Thomas Wheeler). That all comes from the R.D./G.B. Wheeler work on descendants of Henry Wheeler which lists primary sources internally and builds on the earlier (A.G. Wheeler, Threlfall, Coddington etc etc) works.
A death in 1712 at age 105 I question. If he was still alive it would have been difficult for his wife to have remarried to Thomas Green in 1659. A death bef 1659 seems more likely.
