Biography

Helen Weise was born in April 1899 in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Charles Weis and Anna (Daly) Weis. The 1910 census^[1] lists Helen as living with her family in Washington, Pennsylvania where her father is the school janitor.

On 10 Nov 1919 Helen married Byron Franks in Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania. In 1924 Helen gave birth to their son James. Byron had moved on by 1930 when the census shows Helen and James living with her parents.

Helen Franks passed away on 16 Nov 1980. She is buried^[2] at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
