Isaac was born in 1842. He was the son of Charles Webster and Hannah Austin. [1]

In August 1862, Isaac enlisted with the , 74th Regiment, Illinois Infantry Company A. He was wounded in the shoulder during the Battle of Kenneshaw Mountain and died of his wound June 30, 1864.[2] [3][4][5]
