William then married Clara Maria Rogers on 11th June 1907 ^[7].

Their daughter Clarice Adelaide Waud 1911-96 was born on the 28th 05 May 1911 at 20 Arlington Park Mansions, Chiswick, Middlesex ^[8], ^[9].

William passed away in 1918 in Worthing. Clara Maria Waud was the beneficiary of his will ^[10].
