Henry Warren was born in Ireland.

Henry was born about 1560 the son of Humphrey Warren and his wife Elizabeth Clifford.

He was noted as of Warrenstown, King's co.

Henry m1). Alice Loftus, (d. 1608) daughter of Adam Loftus, Archbishop of Dublin and his wife Jane Purdon ^[1]

1595/6 Jan. 4th. he was Knighted in Christchurch by Rt Hon Sir William Russell, Lord Deputy General of Ireland. ^[2] &^[3]

1598 His Castle of Ballybrittone was captured on the same morning as Croghan Castle, King's co. then property of of Sir Thomas Moore ^[4]

1608 death of Alice without Issue. She was buried in the Warren burial ground at Ballymacwilliam. ^[5]

1615 Release from Edmond Midhopp to Henry Warrenof lands in King’s County including the castle at Ballybrittan ^[6]
