Biography
Frank was born in 1868in Decatur, Macon, Illinois. He was the son of Benjamin Walser and Josephine Poppenmeyer.[1] He married Clara Ellen Abt and they had the following children:
- Bernard Alois (1895-1977)
- Leonard Joseph (1897-1952)
- Mary Helen (1902-1999)
- Alois Frank (1908-1975)
He passed away in 1941 in Decatur, Macon, Illinois.[2]
