Margie, thank you for writing me about the Edward Wallers. Based on your info I have now rejected my suggested merge. Would you please review them now and see if I have them right. If you could add more data, especially sources, it would help the rest of us.

Thank you for sharing this Skinner line Margie. I'm interested in this Skinner line. Trying to figure out if this kin to my John F M Skinner born ca 1828. Married Sarah C, she was born around 1831, from S C. Good luck with your future searches.

Thank you, Margie, for volunteering to help grow our worldwide family tree.

Our Honor Code, G2G message forum, help pages, search features, and other useful links can be accessed from the drop-down boxes on the upper right corner of most pages.

VERY IMPORTANT: The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.

We have a weekly photo contest if you're interested.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree!

I'm a 64 year old female, I live in Memphis, Tn. My paternal family tree Waller/Duke and Ales is pretty well documented and am willing to share. My maternal side Hefti and Betcher is not as well documented. We have researched the Hefti's all the way back to Glarus Switzerland but know of no living relatives now. The Betchers or the German spelling Boettcher were from the Pomeranian area of Germany. We know they emigrated to America in around 1870 but that's all we know. Thank you.
