Frederick Waller was born in 1830 in East Horsley Surrey, son of Charles Waller (~1791– ) and Martha Kitchen (~1796–1856).

Frederick (21) married Emma Redford (17) (born in 1834 in Fulham, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom) on May 31, 1852 in St Pauls Hammersmith[1]

Their son was Charles Waller (1867–1923).
