Biography
Joseph was born in 1802. He passed away in 1863. He married Virginia McDonald in Henry Co. VA on January 8th, 1822. They moved to Warren County, MO in 1842 with nine children and had a tenth born in MO. He served as presiding judge of Warren County for many years.
