Percy was born in 1891. He is the son of Edward Waller and Christina Christianson. ^[1]

Notes

• I am nearly certain that Percy, not Perceval is the correct birth name. Every historical record and Waller genealogy I have seen says Percy, not Perceval. My grandfather Harold who was his brother always spoke of Percy, never Perceval. I even have a transcribed copy of the baby book their mother Christina kept, and it says Percy. His father Edward Cecil Waller had a brother named Percy. Glenn Fobes
