My mother, Sarah Dabney, was born October 2, 1740, & departed this life January 10, 1822, aged 81 years, 3 months and 8 days.

On the motion of Dabney Waller who made oath thereto and together with Thomas Minor his securety entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $7000 conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration de bonis non on the estate of Thomas Waller deceased with his will annexed in due form.

Transcription of the record follows:

"Thomas Waller son of John and Agnes was born July the 29, 1732. And departed this life February the 10, 1787. Aged 55 years 5 months and 19 days."

"Sarah Dabney daughter of John and Ann Dabney was born October 2, 1740. And departed this life January the 10, 1822. Aged 81 years 3 months & 8 days." Note: The Family Record was carried by the Waller family to Todd Co., KY c1830's. It was found considerably later stored in lard can in a desk. The Family Record supports the first and second entries under BIOGRAPHY.
