I was born in San Angelo, TX, and my parents moved my family and me to Junction, TX during the late 1940s, where I grew up. After graduation from Junction High School, I entered the University of Texas and pursued a degree in Pharmacy. After my graduation in 1970, I started out in a small pharmacy in Ozona, TX, got married and moved to Houston in 1973, where I entered hospital pharmacy, with the exception of three years in west Texas(San Angelo), until my retirement in 2015.
