Biography
Eula Monna Walker was born in 1920 in Welch, McDowell, West Virginia, United States, daughter of Wallace Churchill Walker (1894–1957) and Margaret Rosalind Brown (1896–1947).[1]
She married Melvin Ernest Fogle on 1 February 1941, in Roanoke, Virginia, United States.[2]
They were the parents of at least 1 daughter:
- Charlotte Fogle-1944–Living
She lived in Old Lick, Roanoke, Virginia, United States in 1940,[3] and Old Lick, Roanoke, Virginia, United States in 1950.
Melvin died in January 1957 in Roanoke, Roanoke, Virginia, United States,[4] and Eula married Marvin Wayne Spickard 03 May 1957 in Bedford City, Bedford, Virginia, United States.[5]
She died on 18 August 1998, in Roanoke, Roanoke County, Virginia, United States, at the age of 78,[6] and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton, Roanoke County, Virginia, United States.[7]
