Auburn Floyd Walker was born on September 8, 1922 in Clifton Forge, Alleghany, Virginia, United States, son of James Edward Walker (1897–1977) and Zelica Blanche Harrah (1903–1986).[1]
In 1940, Auburn lived in Clifton Magisterial District, Alleghany, Virginia, United States with his parents and brothers.[2]
In 1943, Auburn enlisted in the Army to fight the Nazi's in WWII.[3]
He married Irma Hortense Fleshman on 30 March 1946, in Roanoke, Virginia, United States.[4]
He died on 3 April 1972, in Roanoke, Virginia, United States, at the age of 49,[5] and was buried in Sherwood Burial Park, Salem, Virginia, United States.[6]
