Elaine Wagner died young.

Elaine Jeannette Wagner was born on the 16th of September, 1952 in Lethbridge, Alberta to Harry Wagner and Margaret Swenson. The siblings would be:

She would become ill and die on the 13th of July 1953 in Hot Springs, South Dakota, with her body being brought back to Kalispell and she would be buried in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery^[1]

Elaine Wagner^[2] KALISPELL -The body of Elaine Jeanette Wagner, 10 months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wagner, arrived in Kalispell Tuesday from Hot Springs, S.D., and was taken to the Waggener and Campbell Mortuary.

The baby died Monday and is survived by: parents; three sisters, Harriet, Linda and Kathleen; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wagner of British Columbia and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Desbrow(sic Disbrow) of Ronan.

Funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Waggener and Campbell Chapel, with the Rev. J.M. Grimsrud, pastor of the Bethlehem Lutheran church officiating. Burial will be in the Conrad Memorial Cemetry.

WAGNER INFANT RITES OBSERVED

Funeral services for little Elaine Jeannette Wagner were held Thursday afternoon from the Waggener and Campbell Chapel with the Rev. J.M. Grimsrud, pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church officiating.

Duirng the service appropriate music was sang by Keith Shew, accompanied on the organ by Mrs. J.M. Carlson. Interment was made in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.

Elaine Jeanette Wagner was born Sep. 16, 1952, in Kalispell. She became ill in Hot Springs, S.D. , and died July 13, 1953, at the age of 10 months.

Surviving are her parents, Harry and Margaret Wagner, three sisters, Harriet, Linda and Kathleen; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wagner, British Columbia and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Disbrow, Ronan, Mont. There are also a number of distant relatives.
