Where did you get Harris Rawls' first name as Hans, I've got a good bit on him but not that, his descendants in the DNA project shows Harris Rawls of the Virginia group, not German.
And I do not know right off where he is buried.
I believe he is the son of either Gabriel Rawls or Luke Rawls' son Jesse Rawls.
