Biography
My father's mother, Constance Muriel Hallett, was divorced from her husband Robert Stroud, when my father was born, though she used her married name till her death. My father was adopted when he was 3 weeks old by two spinster ladies, Mabel and Nellie Bracewell. Mabel was his mother.
