Disputed Origins

A previous version of this profile claimed, without source, that she was born in Bossall, North Riding, Yorkshire, England. Her origins are not yet known.

The wife of immigrant Alling Ball has been suggested to be Dorothy, daughter of Thomas Fugill. But Thomas was more likely to be married to Alling Ball's sister. See this page for a discussion.

There is no evidence that she was a Tuttle.

Biography

The given name of Allen Ball's wife was Dorothy.

On 1 Sep 1646, Goody Ball was involved in a case of slander. Richard Perry having accused Henry Bishop of having slandered him. The case begins on page 268[1] of the New Haven Colony Records. On page 270 Goody Ball is called Dorothy.

Death [citation needed]

Tuttle-1304 and Fugill-1 are not ready to be merged because: Need to determine who her parents are.
Tuttle-1304 and Fugill-1 appear to represent the same person because: Perhaps it was Susan Dorothy Fugill and Tuttle was a misspelling. I don't show where Alling Ball he was married twice, they have to be the same wife and mother?

Susanna Ball-584 is not a daughter of this couple but a contemporary. Hearing no objection, I will disconnect.

I think there are other children attached here who may not belong, but can't research them now.
