Biography
Annette Virginia "Nettie"or "Virgie" Underwood was born on 6 August 1882 [1] in Texas to Joseph Underwood and his first wife Mary Susan (Powers) Underwood.
She married Lock Clayborn "Lockey" Morton on 18 Nov 1900 in Comanche Co., Texas. [2]
Together they became the parents of Donna May (Morton) Muncill, Jessie B. Morton, Gladys L. (Morton) Prichard, and Gaylon D. (Morton) Stanfield.
Virgie died on 27 June 1968 in Imperial Co., California [1] and was buried at Mount Hope Cemetery in San Diego, San Diego Co., California. [3]
