Is there any basis for saying that John Tuller's father was named William? Donald Lines Jacobus said his origins were unknown, and the more recent published sources I've seen don't contradict him.

Teller-12 and Tuller-42 do not represent the same person because: Looks like a case of mistaken identity, related to confusion regarding Wiliam Tuller's son John Tuller of Simsbury, Connecticut. I believe that Tuller-18 has been assigned to the wrong parents. Wiliam Teller and Margaret Duncanson of Albany did not simulataneously raise a family of Tuller children in Simsbury.
