His name occurs in a record of his service in the 22nd Regiment, the same as his brother Ezekiel.[1] Capt. Abel Pettibone witnessed his service on his Survivor's Pension Application in 1819.[2]
He is named as a beneficiary of his mother’s estate in her will dated 1799. Heirs are mentioned but no record of their birth in Simsbury is evident.[3]
Hop Meadow Cemetery in Simsbury lists a child, Eden Tuller son of Israel Tuller died 28 Aug 1803, age 18 yrs.[4]
Revolutionary War Pension Payment Ledger lists his death on 08 Aug 1822.[5] No application for widow benefits accompanies his pension file.
Probate for his estate lists his residence in Canton.[6]
