Biography
Marjorie was the daughter of Thomas Traill in Skaill, Westray, and his wife Elspeth Scollay.[1]
She married the Rev. Nicholson.[2]
Research Notes
Marjorie's father Thomas Traill married an Elspeth (Scollay) and her brother Thomas Traill 1st of Tirlet also married an Elspeth (Traill). This has caused a lot of confusion. Dr. William Traill's book incorrectly lists Marjorie as a daughter of Thomas 1st of Tirlet, as does the Frotoft book; but Elsie Ritchie's book lists her as his sister. The timelines don't work otherwise, so going with that.
