He was living with his wife and children, Howard and Stanley at Albert gRove, Whippingham, Hampshire, England and he was working as a naval architect in 1891[3]
He was living with his wife and children at High Street, Colchester, Essex, England and he was working as a shipbuilding yard manager in 1901[4]
He was still living with his wife and children in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England and he was living on private means in 1911[5]
He passed away in 1922[6]
His probate was dated 26th January 1922 in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England to his wife Annie Kate Townshend and children, Howard William Townshend and Stanley Townshend[7]
