Hey Paul, thanks for "Unsourcing" Phelps-3338. I have contacted the PM several times because the information is largely incorrect, and I would like to fix it but don't want to delete her work. There is a person who matches the info., but the descendants are different. what to do?
Thanks for cleaning up the headings on Samuel Raymond. I admit I still haven't mastered this. I don't know if Raymond genealogy is an area of inquiry for you. If so, perhaps you've already solved my problem of the two (or maybe three) Timothys. Timothy Raymond #1, born in 1747 has been found by some to be the son of Daniel R & Elizabeth Doty Blackmer - however Barbour does not list him as their child. Timothy #2, born 1748, appears to be son of Daniel R & Mary ?. Then there is Timothy #3 born 1820 in Ontario who appears to be son of Roswell R and Mary Cary. This Timothy appears to have a son (Eli Ross R) with a woman named Mary long before he marries Ethelinda Fountain in Ontario. Of course, not much documentation. Thanks for your help, Mark

Hi Paul, thank you for working on Edward Rainford. I added all the facts/sources that I have collected and now I must go off and learn in-line referencing for WikiTree.

I would like to determine whether he is the Edward Rainford involved in launching the London Radical's Club, 31 Jan 1842 and whether his occupation at that time is the Bookseller at 80 High Holburn who signed in the Radical's Club roster. Son Milton's marriage record said his father is a bookseller and the dates fit but I haven't been able to prove it. Best to you.

Ah, I get it. Yes, I have seen the horrible mess I need to clean up and am crawling along trying to get it done. Last few weeks have been lost to other issues. Back in the trace, now. But without you all helping it would never all get done!! Best of the best, you are. Barb

Hi Paul, thanks for fixing my James McManus II (tidied headings) and suggestion 823. What is 823 and is that what I should do? Much appreciated!

Paul, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add

{{ Languages | en | fr-2 | ga-1 }}

to the top of your biography if you speak English natively, intermediate French and basic Irish, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.

It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:

{{ Languages | en }}

Thanks,

Karen
