Arthur Tingley died young.
Arthur D. Tingley was born in 1878, son of Thomas Anderson Tingley (1839–1918) and Amelia D. Dobson (1842–1913).
His siblings were:

- Margaret Ann Tingley (1869–1954)
Arthur died on 25 May 1880 in Dorchester, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, aged 1. He was buried in Upper Dorchester United Baptist Church Cemetery, Upper Dorchester, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.[1]
