Biography
William Timmons was born in 1817 in Ratoath, Meath, Ireland to parents John Timmons and Mary Ann Creegan. He married Mary McDonald on 8 May 1844 in Saint Nicholas, Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Children: Mary Anne, John, Sarah Jane, William, Alexandre Michel, Joseph James. They immigrated to America in June 1844, first to New York City and then Quebec, Canada. All their children were born in Drummondville, Drummond, Quebec, Canada. He died on 6 Nov 1862 in Drummondville, Canada in a tree-felling accident.
