Biography

Teresa Pansy (Tillman) Pond was born on 21 Jul 1940, daughter of Emory Jackson Tillman (1912 - 1987) and Margery Olga (Bertram) Tillman (1921 - 1999).

Her siblings were:

Teresa married Donald Ray Pond (1938 - 1981).

Teresa died on 23 May 2007 aged 66. She is buried in Grady City Cemetery, Grady, New Mexico.^[1]

Obituary

Teresa Pansy Pond, 66, formerly of Grady, N.M., died Wednesday, May 23, 2007, in Harlingen.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Grady Baptist Church in Grady with the Rev. Rody Chesser officiating. Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis, N.M.

Mrs. Pond was born July 21, 1940, in Clovis to Emory J. and Margery Burtram Tillman.

She married Donald Pond on Aug. 3, 1957.

Survivors include a daughter, three sons, nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren: a sister, Christine Jones of Grady; three brothers, Johnny Tillman of St. Johns, Ariz., Larry Tillman of Ruidoso Downs, N.M., and Marshall Tillman of Beaver, Okla.; and her longtime companion, Joe Evens of Port Mansfield.^[2]
