Biography

Helen E. Thrall, daughter of Eliphas Thrall and Caroline (Harris) Thrall, was born on 19 March 1873 in Ohio.[1][2] She appeared on the census of 25 June 1880 in the home of her aunt, Delia (Thrall) Ogden and uncle Edgar Ogden, at Cannonsville, Delaware County, New York.[3]

She married Curtis George Smith, son of Joseph Wilson Smith and Belle (Martin) Smith, on 15 March 1905 at Cannonsville, Delaware County, New York.[4]

She and Curtis appeared on the census of 1 June 1915 at Binghamton Ward 02, Broome County, New York. His mother and sister were living with them.[5] She and Curtis appeared on the census of 10 Jan. 1920 at Binghamton Ward 2, Broome, New York.[6] She and Curtis appeared on the census of 4 April 1930 at Binghamton, Broome, New York.[7]

Helen died on 10 March 1852 in Binghamton, Broome, New York[8] and was buried at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, Broome County, New York. Her memorial has a photo of her headstone and links to those of Curtis and Carolyn.[2]
