Funily, for someone who would be familiar with Quebec the only name I can't seem to be able to find is Tremblay... go figure
I'm looking forward to working with you on your profiles!

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

My Thomas Marks-Marks-4492 was a complete match to Marks-1894 from a Janet(Ramage)Binkley. I have reviewed this information with 7 of my cousins doing the exact same thing with the exact same information that I have had from My Grandmother Neta Davis, daughter of Lillian Marks Davis. On her information Great Great Grandfather Thomas Wesley Marks mother was Elizabeth West. Can u tell me what we are Missing, cause my family is frustrated with seeing alots of the different information. Thanks Teresa A. Theodore
These profiles also appear to be clear duplicates in my humble opinion, and I have re-proposed the merges with clear reasoning. Thank you for not creating further duplicates of the parents. WikiTree's mission is to create a single family tree with one profile for every person. Having two profiles for one person works against this aim.
It's great that you're making connections on WikiTree already, as the other profile manager is also a descendant of George Marks so this is great news. I'm not sure why the merge proposal was rejected, this does sometimes happen. When this does occur reach out again to the other Profile Manager and chat with him/her some more. Friendly collaboration is at the heart of WikiTree.
I hope this helps, if you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me.
Kindest regards, Pam
lol we spend 6 days on all our clean up, just trying to figure out Wikitree information on this Group. I have the exact same problem in my Pennells, Crositere, Lafortune groups. Thanks so much for your help. Teresa A. Theodore
