John was a known musician often playing community and family events.[3][4] He brought his family to the United States on the 24th of October 1920. The immigration paperwork lists his occupation as machinists.[5]
Death
John passed away the 8th of November 1922 in Boston, Massachusetts after being struck by a street car.[6] He was laid to rest in Hope Cemetery in Worcester, Massachusetts. His stone contains the logo for the International Order of Odd Fellows and the text "We will meet again" at the bottom.[7]
