Hello, I also had many ancestors in Abbeville SC. I borrowed recently a book on Wills and Deeds, still in print for about $50:00
Which is not bad considering the Subject. Also she has written another book on Abbeville or Old 96. Don’t know where you live but library in Madison Co., AL has it on interlibrary loan. Just ask your library to order it for you.
Oh must tell you small print. Or go online for Southern Historical Press in Easley, SC. I use to order from them back in 70’s and 80’s when I was selling books. Mine were Lockridge and Weems. Books by Pauline Young.
