Wife: Mary Taylor, one-half of all my lands and tenements during her natural life; ... Children: After the death of my wife, the aforesaid lands are to be equally divided between my two youngest daughters, Pamelia Taylor and Mary Dorina Taylor, but if either of my daughters dies without heirs, then the land is devised to the survivor of them and if they both die without heirs, the land is devised to my two sons, Jenifer Taylor and George Taylor equally.
