Biography

Stanisław Szymański was the son of Karol Szymański, presumably of Mroczki, and his wife, Franciska (maiden surname unknown).

Stanisław Szymański married Elżbieta Zielezniecka, the daughter of a large Zielezniecki family from the village of Grzymki.

Stanislaw and Elżbieta Zielezniecka Szymański were the parents of, at least, nine children. Many died as infants; a couple died as adolescents.

There were, at least three children, that grew to adulthood and married.

Stanisław Szymański was listed as the father of his daughter in her marriage record, Marianna Szymańska, in the parish of Andrzejewo. ^[1][2].

Gabriel Szymański married twice and lived to old age.

Tomasz Szymański also grew to adulthood and he was 23 years old when he married a widow, Marianna Karpowicz ^[3]. It is uncertain if he had children with her.

Stanislaw Szymanski of Przeździecko Mroczki died at the age of sixty-seven years old. He died two months before his wife, Elżbieta in March of 1843.^[4] . The witnesses to his death were his neighbors-farmers-landowners, Thomas Kos and Stanislaw Nazozny.
