Birth and Early Years Born on May 20, 1960 at the York Hospital and spend my early childhood living in the rural Red Lion area near Felton and Winterstown. Attended Winterstown Elementry School, Red Lion Junior & Senior High School. Transfered in 1976 to York Vocational Technical School to earn a Commercial Art degree. Graduated in 1978 with HS diploma and Commercial Art degree.
Adult Life Worked at various factories and warehouses including Mc Crory's Distribution Center. Played Guitar, Soundman, Concert Backstage, Concert Security, and more until I joined a International Acting Group based in California and traveled with the group in 32 States. While in this group I met Nancy Williams. We left the group together and married on June 5, 1993. We then lived in Thomasville and later moved to West York. I became a CDL Truck driver and made deliveries for Winter Gardens Foods for 10 Years
Later Years After WG we started a Entertainment business in 2008 called Characters with Character which featured costumed characters, balloon twisting, caricature cartoon portraits, karaoke, face painting and more. We performed in nursing homes, schools, fairs, carnivals, restaurants, special events, church events, and more. We have worked with Make A Wish, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Special Olympics and many more. After a fire we moved from West York to the Spry area

I noticed that you are creating Pre-1700 profiles using "Geneanet Community Trees Index", and "Ancestry.com" as sources. It is important that these profiles are sourced properly at the time they are created. Profiles should also have either a birth or death location, even if it's just the country. Here is the link to the England Project's sourcing guidelines for you to look over. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:England_Project_Reliable_Sources
The G2G forum is also a great place to ask for help or advice.
Thanks!
John
I saw your info about Isaiah Orwick / Jennie Burk and their children the WikiTree activity feed for yesterday, May 10, 2023. Jennie Burk was my 2c3r cousin, and I have info for Jennie's ancestors and descendants. Let me know if you would like to collaborate. Best regards, Ken Burk
I have been looking at Godfrey-6119 (Alfred Jayson Godfrey 1889 - 1947).
Godfrey-5600 (William Henry Godfrey 1761-1831) and his wife Darbyshire-303 (Alice Darbyshire 1764 - 1844) can't be the parents of Alfred as they were dead when he was born.
Perhaps you could review Alfred's profile.

Have you ever considered participating in one of WikiTree's Connect-A-Thons? It's a great opportunity to add new profiles, whether they are extended family members or someone who fits into of one of your projects. The next one will run from Friday, April 22nd to Monday, April 25th.
If you are interested in participating, you can sign up in the G2G forum registration post at https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1392037/have-you-registered-for-the-april-2022-connect-a-thon-yet?show=1395381#c1395381 and add another badge to your collection. They ask you to join a team, so I invite you to join the Mid-Atlantic Team since I notice you have deep roots in Pennsylvania. You are not limited to adding profiles for only this region, though. Hope you'll consider joining the fun!
More detail below.
Wish you a Happy New Year. May 2018 bring you all you need to be happy.
Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As I always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.
Thank you for being a Wikitreer,

Catch up on what everyone is up to and say hi. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE!
I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great!
Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors?
Let me know. I can help you figure out if there's a project and introduce you to the project leaders.
