Bradley J Stewart was born in 1896 in Madisonville, Hopkins, Kentucky.

On 1 June 1900, Bradley Stewart age 4 was living on Pike Street in Sturgis, Union, Kentucky with parents William and Ella. Was living with four siblings William A 10, Ethel M 9, Addie 8 and Jessie age 6.^[1]

On 15 April 1910, Bradley Stewart age 14 in Muhlenberg, Kentucky with his parents W S and Ella. He had three sisters Addie 18, Jessie 16 and Gracie L age 7. He was attending school and able to read and write.^[2]

On 5 June 1917, Bradley James Stewart, age 21 was living on 3837 Prospect in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio. He was short and slender with Blue eyes and light hair.

Discharged on 21 Jan 1919 from the 3Rd Engineers Training Regiment,Medical Corps. Service Number 811 195.
