Biography

Jerusha Starr, daughter of Thomas Starr and Mercy Morgan, was born at Groton, Connecticut, on 8 February 1702/3. She married William Pabodie, son of William Pabodie, at Little Compton on 30 July 1724. She died before 11 May 1773, the date of her husband's will. The couple had nine children: Rachel (who married Joshua Stoddard), Thomas (who married Ruth Babcock), Hannah (who married Benajiah Chester), William, Lydia (who married Isaac Miner and James Morgan), Samuel (who married Abigail Breed), Lemuel, James (who married Phebe Gray), and Mary.^[1]
