"Frank took great pride in his service with the US Coast Guard. He was also a frustrated farmer, keeping chickens and rabbits in his Aurora garage. The entire back yard of their Aurora home was tilled up to plant his “crops”! He and his family moved to Elbert County in 1977. He was active in politics, serving as Commissioner in Elbert County.
