Biography

Elizabeth Nealie "Betsy" Springfield was born in 1797 in Georgia.[1]

She married Thomas Howse on 17 November 1819 in Jackson County, Georgia.[2][1]

She and Thomas appeared on the census of 6 November 1850 at Division 12, Cass County, Georgia.[3] She appeared on the census of 11 June 1860 in the home of her son at Fayette County, Georgia.[4]

Elizabeth died on 27 May 1876 in Cullman County, Alabama and was buried at Hopewell Cemetery, Hanceville, Cullman County, Alabama. Her memorial has a photo and links to those of family members.[1]
