21 December 1889 CLARK—SPONG.— On the 26th November, at the residence of the bride's parents, Maribyrnong, by the Rev. W. M'Kie, Herbert, youngest son of the late Richard Clark, of Bradford, Yorkshire, England, to Margaretta Esther, eldest daughter of Charles Alfred Spong, of Maribyrnong. (Vict Reg 6851 / 1889)[2]

transfers of country hotel licences as follow:— Tally Ho Hotel, Tally Ho, administrator of Ellen Kennedy to Margaretta E. Clarke [3]
She passed away 1945 Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia [4].
MARGARETTA ESTHER CLARK, of 28 Rennison Street, Mordialloc, Married Woman, Deceased.—After fourteen clear days Herbert Charles Clark, of 21 Winifred street, North Essendon, butcher, and Walter Richard Clark, of High street. Woodend, greengrocer, the executors appointed by deceased's will, dated the 3rd day of August, 1943, will APPLY to the Supreme Court for a grant of PROBATE of the said WILL.[5]
