This is a link to the Wales Maintenance Categories which can be used to help find profiles that need some work.

Please add these to profiles if required so we can work on improving them.

Hello Glamorgan Team. Thank you for all the work you do.

Wondering of any future plans to list 'Nazareth House' Cardiff, please ?

Unless one of our team members has a particular interest in that as a One Place Study then probably not.

If you have an interest in this then you are welcome to join the Wales Project and persue this.

Hello Glamorgan Team, Can I join you in respect of the Barry (Glamorgan) One-Place Study?

I am from Barry, and have some resources that might be useful relating to Barry people, including an original copy of the Deeds to the Pioneer Hall in Beryl Road, the Submissions to the Board of Inquiry for the Incorporation of the Borough of Barry, an Incorporation Charter Souvenir booklet from 1939, some papers about the docks workers from about 1940-1955, and some momentoes listing town councillors - although hopefullly they are all listed in official records too, and some books about Barry.

Added Lloyd-10734 as a Glamorgan notable with an entry in the Welsh Dictionary of Biography. Born in Swansea though subsequently had links to Monmouthshire, Denbighshire and Anglesey. Connected to maternal side - the Peregrine family from Llannon/Tumble in Carmarthenshire

Two other Glamorgan notables are Lewis-953 and Collins-2077 of Llandough, managed by the Puritan Great Migration Project by virtue of their status as early arrivals and foundational members of early Colonial America cities. These are my direct ancestors... and I've been building out their tree these past several years.

When I figure out how to access the Discord website for Glamorgan Research, I hope to solicit Wales locals to help seek three specific artifacts for this couple, reportedly found in the parish archive(s). Bruce P-

Hi Daniel. Another notable born in Glamorgan could be Sir William Goscombe John (John-909) - a Welsh Sculptor born in Canton, Cardiff, Wales in 1860. He is managed by the England Project but I have recently added sources and numerous family members to his profile before I had worked out who he was. Cherryl

Cherryl Sorry only Just seen this comment. I have added a category to him to include him on the Glamorgan Notables category here https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Glamorgan%2C_Notables (also linked on this page). Thanks for pointing him out.
