Are there any particular guidelines for use of the template <nowiki>
Ireland Native
... ... ... was born in Ireland.
</nowiki>, other than the individual profiled be born in Ireland? Any plans to incorporate other elements like year ranges or categories?

Hi Don,

The guidelines for use of the sticker (from its template page) are as follows:

"This Sticker is for all persons who have been identified as being born in Ireland at any point in its history. This includes people born in Northern Ireland (Ulster)."

Which, as you say, just boils down to the fact the individual was born in Ireland. Simple as that.. no addition guidance necessary. : )

In terms of "other elements", what "year ranges or categories" would you imagine relating to the sticker?

Hi Don,

As far as I am aware at this time the only parameter that can be added is the flag for a county: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Template:Ireland_Native

A list of all those using the flag can be found here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Ireland_Native

Actually the full list of parameters is here: https://www.softdata.si/wt/Templ_20230226/Template_Ireland_Native_Txt.htm

Edited to add: After a bit of experimentation it appears that the only parameter permitted is |image= which can be used for the county flag or of course any other image on WikiTree including a picture of the person if it exists.
